Owned and Operated by Rachel Hine, we have been proudly representing Geneva, NY for 7+ years. We strive to give our customers the best possible experience, whether it's their first time vaping, or the hundredth, we are always here to help and guide our customers through their experience!
Vaping is something our staff is extraordinarily passionate about. Everything that we carry is researched and tested first before we offer it to the consumer. We do this not only for you, but for the staff to become familiar with the products from more than just stats on a page, which helps us in being able to clearly explain a product and help with any future questions or (while hopefully not) issues you may need to come in with!
As most Smoke and/or Vape shops, we must maintain a strict No Return Policy, but we know that things may not be perfect or work no matter our research. We always strive to help you out during these times, and if you have any issues, we are always more than happy to help as best as we can.
All of this together, with of course, you, the customers, and your feedback, are what we believe have kept us going for so long; and we cannot wait to proudly be serving our community for a lot longer!
